Casa Minou is a beautiful single storey 4 bedroom Villa in the lovely Algarvean Village of
Praia da Luz.
Luz is approximately 1 hour away from Faro airport, which is serviced by Jet2 , British
Airways, Easy Jet and Ryanair from most UK airports.
Luz is a very popular destination with wonderful clean and safe beaches and a very
good selection of shops, bars and restaurants all within easy walking distance of the
Villa.
There are several excellent golf courses within easy reach.
Horse riding and cycling can be arranged if required.
The Villa is situated in Luz Park a small and exclusive development which is about
½ mile from the beaches and shops.
It is largely one storey, but there are some steps down into one of the 3 bathrooms, so
this bathroom may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. There are also 3
steps down from the entrance doorway into the entrance hall.
Casa Minou is on a prominent position in Luz Park and enjoys beautiful sea views from
the large front terraces, the living room and master bedroom. The other bedrooms also
have sea views from their terraces.
We are currently installing Air conditioning into all bedrooms and the living area.
There is a heated swimming pool which is safely contained within a securely fenced
and gated area , and so is suitable for children whilst being supervised.
There are 4 bedrooms with 2 having en-suite bathrooms and a family bathroom for the 2
remaining bedrooms.
The kitchen is fully fitted with an oven , hob, refrigerator ,freezer , micro wave, coffee
machine and a full array of utensils and cookery equipment. There is a separate wine
cooler for those who wish to have additional wine storage.
The spacious lounge has a wood burner for any cool Spring or Autumn evenings and the
air conditioning units can also be used to provide instant heat if needed.
There are numerous outside areas for sunbathing and relaxation and there is a large
patio area with a Barbeque for Al Fresco dining.
We try to be as accommodating as possible with arrival and departure dates, but
obviously, these are subject to availability. Arrival times are after 4pm and departure
times are before 10.00 am

We do not let the property for less than one week but subject to availability will
endeavour to accommodate longer periods even if not in increments of one week.
There will be a weekly maid service which will include changing all towels and sheets
each week , pool towels are also supplied and changed each week.
We have local management who can deal with any queries and meet you on site to
show you how to operate any equipment .
